Worst company, In my five years of professional experience. worst management whatever seniors gives update to manager he blindly believe on them and acts accordingly without knowing the actual reasons. In my project I worked 7 months and found 7-8 members got terminated/resigned with in 6 months.Despite being a permanent employee, I was given only 55 days’ notice instead of the promised 90 days.During standup they are very rude with bad communication skill even they were not aware about the actual mean of standup meeting while standup they ask people to share screen and most of the time and it extends more than one hour.Seniors are not helpful even they do not know the requirement but still ask juniors to estimate and complete the task without approaching clients.
