Information Silo'd, US teams are very slow to share info with Irish teams. Poor communication across all areas of the company, A number of Engineers wont share information with teams and colleagues due to " If i have all the info, i cant be fired" attitude, Management wont do anything. Certain bad behaviour by staff is not corrected possibly for fear of "racism" Working with SanDiego based teams requires calls later in the evening. Internal opportunities are poor, Certain roles are blocked for certain employees, Alot of Job descriptions are very misleading.
