Very beaurucratic, getting a document out to a customer requires VP approval Way too many VPs, probably over 500 and some of them have no directs Healthcare package quickly deteriorating Too many layers of management result in many people having 2-3 bosses effectively (I regularly work with a manager 3 layers above); it's time to flatten the tree Horrendous legal team that don't let you get anything done, care only about risk managment
