Pros
Good benefits, good compensation (at least at higher titles), flexible hours and a casual workplace
Cons
Have lost faith in leadership at VP-level and above. Very little to no coordination of strategy and VPs that simply don't understand modern software development practices. Additionally, the company no longer cares about the employees. Focus is on cost cutting, moving jobs overseas, and treating people like cattle. Employees used to be valued, and given the tools and resources build their career.
