      Good benefits Some good talented people around Good HR policies Stable Nice city

      Too stressful Too many directors & sr. directors. Dump middle management, over aggressive ping and mailing around Just pushing limits and crazy deadlines No life & low life make you feel second class Too many desi ruining the work culture and dont have any life other than work Anything and whatever is not enough Too much politics for promotion very hard

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
