Pros
- compensation is pretty good - work/life balance is pretty good - nice perks like a gym, health center, etc.
Cons
- it is a pretty soulless place to work (maybe not for all groups). You must enjoy doing tedious work, devoid of creativity. Most of the work involves logistics. - the career progression culminates in a routine of meetings and power-point - there are very few American engineers, which seems odd for an American location. Working there is like working in a foreign country, which is fun sometimes. But, it is difficult to not feel like an outsider as an American engineer. - there is very little diversity - the culture is very passive aggressive.
