Pros
Boulder does not have a high cost of living yet employees get similar salaries and perks as compared to San diego. Lots of stuff to do at Boulder.
Cons
Hard work and overtime hours put in not appreciated, criticism heavy. Employees usually leave by 5 or 6, but at times can be working late and round the clock. San diego is given preference, feeling of being at a branch of a major company palpable. Cafeteria not great.
