slow to make decisions, company is now big and bureaucratic, while it's a comfortable working environment, it's almost too comfortable, difficult to get promoted from within, many clique's mostly rooted in those that have been there a long time, tenure method to get promoted not based on abilities or accomplishments, silo'd divisions and departments
