Pros
-great benefits -there are some really good projects, if you can land one -I have worked with some people who are really fantastic, both personally and professionally. Very smart.
Cons
-there is a lot of pressure to work quickly due to someone else's bad planning. -easy to get overloaded with multiple projects -some projects are just soul killing -they have been cutting back on flexibility, like "no standing telecommute days" -I have come across some people who are "dead wood", that is, just not getting fired. -The Golden Handcuffs, meaning the benefits can be too good to leave, even though you want to
