      1. Pays well 2. Good benefits

      1. Middle management biased and filled with politics 2. Often politics takes over all good ideas and isolate folks who brought them in the first place 3. Communication within group is all fake (its all projection) 4. People are often targeted (and there is a chance that you will be forced to think about jumping from a building)

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
