leader of industry, good benefits. You can meet excellent engineers and leaders here. If you are located in San Diego, then it will be great because it's center of Qualcomm.
Cons
you can only part a small part, and organization is loosely coupled. There is no clear hierarchy, so you are easily lost in this big company. Sometimes it's not easy to get reasonable support as you don't know whom to come to.
