Pros
Qualcomm has a stable work environment, does not layoff people that much. The benefits package is pretty good, and it is in San Diego with very good weather.
Cons
It's very difficult to move up if you're not closer to upper management. Getting promoted, or career growth opportunities are very limited. Employees usually have a feeling of having to live with unfairness in their daily lives which sucks out the motivation to do good work. Morale is low.
