      Good work life balance. Immense opportunities. Well set processes and abundant resources.

      Cons

      India Management is a kind of "I do because I feel" and not of "I do because it is needed and right in many aspects". Salary hikes are very low in %. (slow monetary growth) If you are manager's favourite, you will get the maximum in all respect (fast growth).

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
