      Good work environment. Lot of benifits for employees. Bonus and stocks are the best part. Gym, food courts and space for sports are great.

      Cons

      Not much downsides. As the company is so huge, it's hard to get a broader perception and views. It holds for any big MNC

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
