Pros

working with cutting edge technology variety of technologies and teams, you'll get a chance to move between projects decent compensation compared to the Haifa region work life balance in some teams is good (but terrible in others)

Cons

moving up the title ladder requires performance but also a lot of politics, especially as you move up the review process is a joke and looks like a marketplace projects are frequently being canceled and the engineers spread across other teams (some might see it as a pro though)

Pros

Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

Cons

Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
