Mediocre place to work - Senior Engineer Qualcomm Employee Review

Certain departments, like mine, are partial to specific employees and are underpaid and unfair. Promotions and awards are given to those who are friends with a manager outside of work, without any bearing or relation to professional performance. Salaries are low for the area. Some facilities, like the hospital, are not useful since there is a long wait time, which kills the original intent of the service.
