Pros
Great location, smart people, fun workplace events, somewhat flexible
Cons
A lot of talk about how great Qualcomm is for the employee, but not enough follow-through in areas that matter. They have tons of events, but the paths for career development aren't as readily accessible as they say they are. I feel like they should back up their talk with more action. Not a fan of the high levels of politics that goes on.
