Pros
Exciting technologies, a chance to change how customers use mobile technologies. The people you work with are mostly great. There are plenty of resources for things like equipment.
Cons
The appraisal process is poor, there are no real reviews, even though there are two a year, little happens in looking back over the last 6 months, you're scored, but there's little in the way of discussion. Training is sporadic and project planning is haphazard.
