      Pros

      World-wide offices and lots of opportunities. Still an engineers company. Access to all the tools/resources you need for your job (might have to justify them). Freedom to be creative. Implementing your ideas is encouraged.. Decent pay. Good overall work/life balance is possible.

      Cons

      Currently restructuring and laying off, but will get better for those how stay (hopefully).

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
