the best reason to work at qualcomm would be Work culture, peoples, along with these you will also gain the knowledge while working with brilliant people who are always ready to share their knowledge with you.
Cons
I guess its may no be a correct place to join the fresher, its better to join qualcomm after some experience, specially at higher positions.
