Pros
Great pay and benefits, smart people i.e. no question you can't find someone to help you answer, lots of good projects and groups of people who enjoy life outside of work
Cons
At the mercy of the customers, focused on execution. some teams get slammed constantly to deliver on deadlines that were never realistic, program management that tries hard with good intentions but is frustrating. The leads all insist you file a feature request but then deny it later after the program managers have already wasted two days of your life making you explain the feature to them.
