      There are so many work opportunities where you can learn and excel. Benefits are really good. especially, health benefits. Performance bonus is good.

      Cons

      Work is always there (back 2 back)..sometimes hectic.. sometimes, fairness is not given in designation/titles.. Base pay is less

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
