      Work hard when there's deadlines, relax when there's not much. Time for work is usually flexible and working till late is usually at your discretion

      Feels a lot of times that the work you do goes unappreciated. And feels hard to be proud of the work you do.

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
