Terrible Organizational Leadership, Infighting, and politics....Good Pay - Director of Operations Qualcomm Employee Review

Qualcomm would be out of business if it wasnt for the technology. It has amazing products, but organizational politics and archaic operating models do everything possible to drive the worst go to market operations and customer experience. In addition, the work life balance is terrible with most work being offshored requiring a 10-12 hour work day either coordinating with resources in Ireland and India or both the same day while working 5 days a week in the San Diego office.
