      Working remote, ability to take time off whenever

      Cons

      Management is careless, condescending and flat-out rude Underpaid, especially taking inflation into account No bonuses, small (set) raises - no room for negotiation Lacking in pto (no sick time) High demand for responsibility but management is so all over the place you can't stay organized or even do your job Team culture totally lacking More criticism than praise

      The opportunities for growth and advancement are endless. QC's growth and growth potential, means more and more doors are opening constantly. The support you receive from the top down is also top notch!

      It's really impossible to pinpoint a con. There's always room for improvement, but you could say that about any employer.
