Pros
They will hire just about anyone. The work is easy. Work-life balance is good. Free drugs are added to the waterways.
Cons
Illegal and unethical disposal of chemicals to save money, polluting the waterways where you call home. The compensation is awful. The CEO will interview you and forget you as soon as you start working. Retention is horrible. Management is bad. There is no opportunity for career advancement. The company and CEO is more concerned about their image and name being posted at the local University and spoken by the professors there than retaining talent, providing opportunities, and valuing its employees. Entire business strategy is to poach recent graduates, offer very low pay, and repeat when they find better opportunities. Very political office.
