The pay in Wilmington, in general, is lower than other parts of the state. Office politics can be a pain, The company feels divided at times.

Terrible management. Pay is enough to put food on the table, but not enough to see a career here, absolutly the worst management, Buisness is going into the ground by being ran by terrible decisions from the top down. I do not see this company surviving many more years. 0 promotions or pay increases. They will give you a raise that is below what the cost of living increase is each year. If you try to work hard and ask for a pay increase or promotion, you will put a taget on your back so that management will make your life miserable there untill you quit.
