The people are great. Work-life balance is great. Benefits and pay are competitive with the area. The job can be so fun and the opportunities to grow your career are endless if you put in the effort and take initiative.

The pay in Wilmington, in general, is lower than other parts of the state. Office politics can be a pain, The company feels divided at times.

Work life balance, consistent work, work here while looking for another job,

Terrible management. Pay is enough to put food on the table, but not enough to see a career here, absolutly the worst management, Buisness is going into the ground by being ran by terrible decisions from the top down. I do not see this company surviving many more years. 0 promotions or pay increases. They will give you a raise that is below what the cost of living increase is each year. If you try to work hard and ask for a pay increase or promotion, you will put a taget on your back so that management will make your life miserable there untill you quit.
