Pros

I have had the opportunity to work for Quality Home Services for over 14 years. I have worked in, and Managed several different departments. The company's growth over the last several years and the opportunities they provide for their employees is tremendous. The thing that really sets them apart and makes it a great place to work is the ownership. They truly care about their employees and their families and want nothing but the best for all of them.

Cons

We've outgrown the building. Didn't see that coming when we moved in in 2008.

Quality Home Services was built with heart and family and continues in this second generation-run business. If you're looking for a place to commit to and be appreciated for your contributions and ideas, QHS is it. From the top level to the entry level, employees act with respect and passion to both each other and the customers and communities we serve.

Cons

We need to spend more time in growing employee opportunities - it is essential to our continued success. It's a work in progress!
