Pros

I mean the office culture was relaxed

Cons

I was asked to perform tasks that were not part of my job description. I was penalised for taking into account my ow safety in regards to going to meetings in other areas of the country during a global pandemic. And I was dismissed for vague and bizarre reasoning as I was merely behaving in accordance with the office culture that I saw.

Quality Home Services was built with heart and family and continues in this second generation-run business. If you're looking for a place to commit to and be appreciated for your contributions and ideas, QHS is it. From the top level to the entry level, employees act with respect and passion to both each other and the customers and communities we serve.

Cons

We need to spend more time in growing employee opportunities - it is essential to our continued success. It's a work in progress!
