Pros

What makes Quality Home Services a great place to work is hands down the employees I get to work with. The abilities that they bring to the table and the way that they treat our customers is what makes us a successful business in the Central Valley. Coming to work is like working with friends and family.

Cons

I wish more could be done to recognize the wonderful work the employees do each day. I think due to the size of the company it is easy for great things to get missed.

Quality Home Services was built with heart and family and continues in this second generation-run business. If you're looking for a place to commit to and be appreciated for your contributions and ideas, QHS is it. From the top level to the entry level, employees act with respect and passion to both each other and the customers and communities we serve.

Cons

We need to spend more time in growing employee opportunities - it is essential to our continued success. It's a work in progress!
