      Pros

      If you want a great company culture this is the place to work. Qualtrics is both a workplace and a fun place with people who all share the "work hard, play hard mentality.

      Cons

      The company in general is young, including its management and the CEO. This makes it difficult, at times, to get solid mentorship opportunities as a newer employee. Many there are still just figuring things out.

      Enjoy the changes silver lake has made. We are getting more efficient and back to what Qualtrics is really good at.

      Great people to work with. Office culture and benefits are excellent. Clients bring variation to the job and interesting work

      Cons

      Limited mobility opportunities — typically comes from someone leaving and opening a spot instead of based on your job performance. Can get boring working on the same clients for years.
