Pros
You are never the smartest person in the room. Also it's a very enabling environment to push yourself and continue growing different skill sets. I'm happy I chose to start my career here as I feel very well set up for the future - no matter where.
Cons
No real downsides. It's a fast paced and hypergrowth environment, so you'll need to be able to adapt to a continuously changing (for the better though) environment quickly. I'd say that this might not be for everyone, but if you do thrive in this set up, Qualtrics is the place to be!
