Pros
Great team environment. Benefits, generally cares about employee wellbeing. Pretty decent company to work for. Economy is tough at the moment but I think this company is on the right track for the next few years.
Cons
company doesn't reward doing good work as well as they should. Its either you sign up for promotions or a small bonus. Speaking of promotions can be process is grueling, difficult, and feels like a lot of work for very little upside especially depending on what level you are at. Upper management decisions seem detached from the rest of the company at times. There seems to be a cultural gap between the technological side of the company vs the sales side
