Pros
In a male-dominated industry and office location, there were many women making huge strides. Inclusive and diverse. The main H.R. representative was very present and attentive whether in office or virtually. The compensation was pretty fair. Make sure you complete your reviews. I worked on a very supportive team that was available to assist with any concerns.
Cons
There were times where the office I worked in got a bit cliquey and only certain people were up for promotions and opportunities even though they were not the best fit for the role. Too many cases where people were thrown under the bus to make someone else look better. The sick/vacation system was insanely unorganized. There were some sexual harassment incidents
