Pros

Small company where the corporate office truly knows most of the employees. Competitive pay even with low-price technically acceptable contracts Work/life balance Solid (but not spectacular) benefits

Cons

As with any DoD company, the ever competing contracts. No guarantee beyond the current contract, however Quantech is a diverse company which provides program management, systems engineering, and cost analysis. Better chance of survival.

The team is excellent and supports me every step of the way. When I need assistance with gathering information or performing the more difficult parts of my role, the managers are willing to work to get me where I need to be.
