Pros

They are a decent company to work for. Specialized in government service contracts and providing personnel to Hanscom AFB, MA.

Cons

Too much upper level management. Tend to micromanage trivial things like timecards. They are a smallish company that tried to act too much like a large company. Recently lost A LOT of work in MA.

Thank you for your feedback. Quantech takes time reporting very seriously due to the severity of the consequences that will result if found to be negligent. Employees & Managers are vigorously trained and are held accountable for timesheets. As a result, Quantech continues to pass DCAA & DOL compliance audits and maintains its good standing in the government contracting community. That's why we must monitor timecards so closely. The team is excellent and supports me every step of the way. When I need assistance with gathering information or performing the more difficult parts of my role, the managers are willing to work to get me where I need to be.
