Pros

Although I was not looking for employment when Quantic Electronics approached me, I am glad I decided to take a chance with them. Their leadership team is top notch and very open to new ideas/suggestions. They treat employees like true partners instead of a disposable commodity. Up to this point, I've been very impressed with their "no egos" approach and appreciate the autonomy they give employees to run their business.

Cons

Sr. team does have monthly business reviews with employees but feel there is more they could do to spotlight company performance, areas of opportunity more frequently.

Pros

If you like technology, this is a great company. The people are super smart and kind. I'm giving 5 stars because I loved working here while it lasted. The compensation on the corporate team is above average.

Cons

First, the benefits, while nice, are just so-so. Second, since the company is still owned by a private equity firm, they are super-focused on their numbers and growth, which I don't need to articulate the downsides that come with that.
