      Flexible Timings, open work culture, AI & ML Domain is interesting

      Cons

      Hire & Fire attitude, lack of direction, Overall culture and people. You have to be a Yes man and a founders pet to grow . Leadership is really poor . Good smart people don’t stay for long . People get promoted based on how much they have buttered their superiors and founders . HR as a department is very inexperienced and poor.
