Hi.. I have been there almost 2.5 hours and there is no wok- balance and if those working apart after working hours they won't provide dinner or cab facilities .

Cons

My request to remove all Tamelian then company will grow up, i could see there are so much region feeling their if you're a Tamelian they don't have any communication ( mean without English) they will hire and pay wise very good:). especially in clinical systems. In 2015 entire 13members we left from Quartesian because region feelings

Very flexible hours. Laid back work atmosphere. A vast diversity in the work force. Employee satisfaction is always sought after.

Cons

The deadlines and deliverables are short and many. There is a lot of emphasis on redundant and outdated work flow methods.
