Pros

Talented peers, decent remote flexibility, and a product with solid potential—if the right people are empowered to lead it.

Cons

The company once valued fairness and performance. That culture has slowly eroded. Managers now build their teams by hiring friends and familiar faces, often from the same town, creating an inner circle that consistently receives the visibility, promotions, and support. When most of a team comes from one personal network, it stops being about hiring the best talent and becomes about preserving a clique. Merit is overlooked in favor of loyalty, and those outside the circle are left doing more, receiving less, and quietly burning out. This behavior continues because some individuals seem more focused on protecting their image and staying in leadership’s good graces than actually leading. True support is replaced by self-interest, and the environment becomes toxic and unbalanced. Leadership either doesn’t notice what’s happening or chooses to ignore it. People notice. They talk quietly. And the ones doing the real work are the ones making plans to leave.

Pros

Great work-life balance, collaborative team, supportive and down-to-earth leadership and positive culture.

Cons

If you prefer working in an office, the remote environment can feel a little isolating at times. As a growing company, some processes are still being developed and refined.
