Pros

Best workplace I’ve had so far. I had to leave the island; otherwise, I would have stayed much longer. My team was especially great, and overall it was a good place to work. Pay increases were fairly quick. Also have great training.

Cons

Parking was terrible, but that’s more of a Honolulu issue. The experience really depends on which team you’re part of, I was lucky to be on a great one, but I know others had very different experiences.

Pros

They are working hard to get back to pre-pandemic strength. Benefits are good.

Cons

Management is top heavy. They are too many at the at the top with priorities that do not align with one another making it difficult to know the direction of the organization.
