Pros

Good team work, in every department, and brilliant communication via email. Lots of training and opportunities to progress.

Cons

Additional responsibilities added to your current work, but no reward for the additional responsibility. Example, checking added to a pharmacy technicians role, but as it is not a ACT role, the pay rate remains the same. This is a huge responsibility with potential repercussions with no financial backing.

They are working hard to get back to pre-pandemic strength. Benefits are good.

Cons

Management is top heavy. They are too many at the at the top with priorities that do not align with one another making it difficult to know the direction of the organization.
