Queen's administration and middle managers habitually mistreat the employees. There are few opportunities for career growth - unless you are willing to follow the deceitful style of the administration team. Queens' has 7 to 8 VPs in charge of different service lines - unfortunately they do not communicate very well amongst themselves or with staff. Much of their resources are misused and wasted. Many witnessed cases of medical mistakes by MDs and nurses.
