Good staff.Good environment. The kind of place you can enjoy coming to work at every day. One of the leading hospitals in the Pacific Rim.

Cons

A lot of internal politics. More than at most companies in Hawaii. Very top down leadership with personalities more important than quality results.

Cons

Management is top heavy. They are too many at the at the top with priorities that do not align with one another making it difficult to know the direction of the organization.
