Pros

Great staff, knowledgeable, benefits were good, salary (though low) was OK

Cons

Executives don't understand what is really happening Not enough resources at all levels because of nickel and diming, though apparently the Sr Execs get a hot lunch everyday??? No chance for advancement based on knowledge and performance

Hard to take PTO and leave.

Pros

They are working hard to get back to pre-pandemic strength. Benefits are good.

Cons

Management is top heavy. They are too many at the at the top with priorities that do not align with one another making it difficult to know the direction of the organization.
