Many long time employees with loads of experience and friendliness. Many good people trying to do the right thing in how they cared for patients and public.

Cons

Corporate culture was very strong. Step out of line and you get slapped down. Stay in line and follow the rules and you are OK.

Management is top heavy. They are too many at the at the top with priorities that do not align with one another making it difficult to know the direction of the organization.
