A lot of issues with the company not following the union contact. Recently not paying employees correctly, not correcting it until threatened by the union. Company not addressing safety issues. Cannot use “sick” time until the 3rd day of being sick. Recent staff shortages. ED left to fend for its self when staff shortages, extremely rare to see float staff, even sitters, to the ED.
