Pros

Strong mission. The team that I worked with had strong leadership and was very supportive. If not for this team I am not sure I would have stayed as long as I have.

Cons

Resistance to change. While the Mission is strong, the culture is difficult. Communication from Executive leadership is often lacking. Strategic initiatives are not well coordinated to leverage the resources often created challenging timelines and the need for overtime and burnout.

They are working hard to get back to pre-pandemic strength. Benefits are good.

Cons

Management is top heavy. They are too many at the at the top with priorities that do not align with one another making it difficult to know the direction of the organization.
