Many great coworkers, benefits are very good, they deliver high quality care to patients, a lot of charity work, great breakfast at the cafeteria

Cons

Extremely long wait list for parking, low pay compared to other hospitals, the cafeteria is overpriced, too many travel employees, constant turnover

They are working hard to get back to pre-pandemic strength. Benefits are good.

Cons

Management is top heavy. They are too many at the at the top with priorities that do not align with one another making it difficult to know the direction of the organization.
